Ingredients: Fava beans, Chick peas, onion, leavening agent: (sodium acid pyrophosphate E450, sodium bicarbonate E500), cumin, salt, ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, caraway.

Store in a dry cool place.
1. Dilute the content of the falafel sachet in a recipient containing 2/3 water (about 125 ml)
2. Stir well and leave the mixture for one hour, then make balls as desired using the mold or spoon.
3. Put the balls in vegetable oil boiling at high temperature, and let them totally drown.
Remark: each sachet is enough for about 10 balls.
